Das put out a statement after his snub from the Champions Trophy squad and scored 125 from just 55 balls. He completed his ton in just 44 balls, making it the fastest in tournament's history. His opening partner Tanzid Hasan also smashed a century and was the only batter dismissed in Dhaka Capitals innings where they plundered 254/1 in 20 overs.

Durbar Rajshahi were never in the game and were bowled out for 105 and lost the match by 149 runs. This is Dhaka Capitals first win of the tournament after six successive losses.
