hola play ‘Amihan,’ shear line will still bring rains over parts of Luzon – Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — The northeast monsoon, or amihan, and the shear line, or the convergence point of hot and cold winds, will still cause rains over the northern and central parts of Luzon, state meteorologists said on Saturday.

Ajay Banga spoke to Agence France-Presse at the development lender’s headquarters in Washington ahead of the Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group, which begin on Monday, October 21.
